သတင်းအဖြစ်ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်

“Beijing Platform for Action 30+ Years and Beyond: A Critical Review and Future Directions for Myanmar” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် CSW69 Side Event ၏ အပိတ် ကျေးဇူးတင်စကား ပြောကြားရာတွင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ် သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်း က

မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် အမျိုးသမီးများနှင့် မိန်းကလေးငယ်များ ရင်ဆိုင်ကြုံတွေ့နေရသည့် ရင်နင့်ဖွယ် အခြေအနေများကို နားထောင်ခဲ့ရ၊

စစ်အာဏာရှင်အနေဖြင့် မြေပြင်တွင် အပြီးတိုင် ရှုံးနိမ့်လုနီးပါးဖြစ်နေ၊ ပြည်သူများကမူ အနိုင်ရရှိလျက်ရှိနေ၊

ယခုအခါ အလွန်အရေးကြီးသည့် အချိန်သို့ ရောက်ရှိနေပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အနာဂတ်နှင့် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည့် နိုင်ငံတော် တစ်ရပ် တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် အတူတကွ ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိ၊

မိမိတို့၏ နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးတွင် အမျိုးသမီးများနှင့် မိန်းကလေးငယ်များ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် အမျိုးသမီး လူ့အခွင့် အရေး ကာကွယ်သူများက အရေးပါသည့် အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ပါဝင်၊ ၎င်းတို့အား ကျေးဇူးတင်ပြီး ရဲစွမ်းသတ္တိနှင့် ကိုယ်ကျိုးစွန့် အနစ်နာခံမှုအတွက်လည်း လေးစား ဦးညွတ်ပါကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့

၁။ နယူးယောက်မြို့၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂဌာနချုပ်တွင် (၆၉) ကြိမ်မြောက် Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) ဆိုင်ရာ အထွေထွေဆွေးနွေးမှု အစည်းအဝေး၊ ဝန်ကြီးများအဆင့် စကားဝိုင်းနှင့် အပြန်အလှန် ဆွေးနွေးမှု အစည်းအဝေးများကို ၁၀-၃-၂၀၂၅ ရက်နေ့မှ ၂၁-၃-၂၀၂၅ ရက်နေ့အထိ ကျင်းပလျက်ရှိပြီး အစည်းအဝေးနှင့် ဆက်စပ် Side Event များကိုလည်း နေ့စဉ် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။

၂။ အဆိုပါ Side Event များအနက် ၁၄-၃-၂၀၂၅ ရက် (သောကြာနေ့)၊ နံနက် (၁၀၀၀) နာရီအချိန်တွင် “Beijing Platform for Action 30+ Years and Beyond: a Critical Review and Future Directions for Myanmar” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် Side Event ကို ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။ ကုလသမဂ္ဂဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာ အမြဲတမ်း ကိုယ်စားလှယ် အဖွဲ့ရုံးက ပူးတွဲ ဉီးဆောင်စီစဉ်သည့် တစ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ပါဝင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အမျိုးသမီး အခွင့်အရေး ကာကွယ် မြှင့်တင်မှုတွင်ဉီးဆောင်ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်နေကြသည့် GEN နှင့် အခြားမြန်မာအမျိုးသမီးအဖွဲ့များ က ဉီးဆောင် ကျင်းပခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ အမျိုးသမီး၊ လူငယ်နှင့် ကလေးသူငယ်ရေးရာ ဝန်ကြီး ဌာန ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး နော်စူစန်နာလှလှစိုး လဲ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

၃။ Side Event တွင် Panelist အဖြစ် ပါဝင်ဆွေးနွေးကြသည့် မြန်မာအမျိုးသမီးကိုယ်စားလှယ် (၄) ဦးတို့က BFPA ဖော်ဆောင်မှုနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ တိုးတက်မှု မညီမျှခြင်းနှင့် ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ ခေတ်ရေစီးကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဖြစ်စဉ် အား case study အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း၊ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်မှုအတွက် အထောက် အကူပြု မဟာဗျူဟာ များနှင့် ကျင့်စဉ်များ၊ မတရားစစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှုကြောင့် အမျိုးသမီးများ ပိုမို ထိခိုက်ရမှု၊ စစ်အာဏာရှင်ချုပ်ငြိမ်းရေး တော်လှန်ရေးတွင် အမျိုးသမီးများ ဉီးဆောင်ပါဝင်မှု စသည်တို့ကို အလေးထား ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

၄။ ယင်း Side Event အပိတ်တွင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ် သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းက အောက်ပါအချက်အလက်များဖြင့် ကျေးဇူးတင်စကား ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်-

(က) မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် အမျိုးသမီးများနှင့် မိန်းကလေးငယ်များ ရင်ဆိုင်ကြုံတွေ့နေရ သည့် ရင်နင့်ဖွယ်အခြေအနေများကို နားထောင်ခဲ့ရပြီးဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊

(ခ) လက်ရှိအချိန်အခါသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ပြည်သူများ၊ အထူးအားဖြင့် တော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုများ အနေဖြင့် ပြည်တွင်း နယ်မြေ ၇၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းကျော်အား စိုးမိုးထားနိုင်ပြီဖြစ်သည့်အတွက် အလွန်အရေးကြီးသည့် ကာလပင်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊

(ဂ) စစ်အာဏာရှင်အနေဖြင့် မြေပြင်တွင် အပြီးတိုင် ရှုံးနိမ့်လုနီးပါးဖြစ်နေကြောင်း၊ ပြည်သူများကမူ အနိုင်ရရှိနေလျက်ရှိကြောင်း၊

(ဃ) မိမိတို့အားလုံးအနေဖြင့် အလွန်အရေးကြီးသည့် အချိန်သို့ ရောက်ရှိနေပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အနာဂတ်နှင့် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည့် နိုင်ငံတော်တစ်ရပ် တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် အတူတကွ ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း၊

(င) မိမိတို့၏ နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးတွင် အမျိုးသမီးများနှင့် မိန်းကလေးငယ်များ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် အမျိုးသမီး လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ကာကွယ်သူများက အရေးပါသည့် အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ပါဝင်ကြောင်း၊ ၎င်းတို့အား ကျေးဇူးတင်၍ ရဲစွမ်းသတ္တိနှင့် ကိုယ်ကျိုးစွန့် အနစ်နာခံမှုအတွက်လည်း လေးစား ဦးညွတ်ပါကြောင်း၊

(စ) မိမိတို့အနေဖြင့် ရှင်းလင်းသည့် အနာဂတ်လမ်းကြောင်းကို ပြင်ဆင်ထားပြီး ဆက်လက် ဖော်ဆောင်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ တစ်ချိန်တည်းမှာပင် မိမိတို့၏ မျှော်မှန်းချက်များ ပြည့်မှီစေ ရေးအတွက် လက်ငင်းနှင့် ရှေ့အနာဂတ်ကာလများ၌ပါ စိန်ခေါ်မှုများ ရှိနေကြောင်း၊

(ဆ) ထို့ကြောင့် ဆွေးနွေးသူများ ပြောကြားခဲ့သည့်အတိုင်း မြန်မာ့အရေးအတွက် အာရုံစိုက်မှုနှင့် နိုးကြားသတိမူမှု ရှိနေရန် အထူးလိုအပ်ကြောင်းကို ထပ်လောင်းပြောကြားလိုကြောင်း၊

(ဇ) ယနေ့ အသံများသည် မိမိတို့ ပြည်သူများ၏ အသံနှင့် မျှော်မှန်းဆန္ဒတို့အား ကိုယ်စားပြုကြောင်း၊

(ဈ) သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၍ ဤ Side Event ဖြစ်မြောက်ရန် ကူညီပံ့ပိုးသူများနှင့် ပူးတွဲစီစဉ်သူများနှင့် အတူတကွ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သူများကို ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါကြောင်း၊ ဆွေးနွေး ပြောကြားပေးသူများ၊ Moderator နှင့် အမှာစကားပါဝင်ပြောကြားသူများ နှင့် တက်ရောက်သူများအားလုံးကို မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ရုံးကိုယ်စား ကျေးဇူးတင်စကား ပြောကြားလို ပါကြောင်း၊

(ည) မိမိတို့၏ ပြည်သူများ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် အမျိုးသမီးများနှင့် မိန်းကလေးငယ်များ၏ အနစ်နာခံမှုမှာ ကြီးမား၍ မမေ့လျော့သင့်ကြောင်း၊ စစ်အာဏာရှင်မှ ကျူးလွန်ခဲ့သည့် ရာဇဝတ်မှုများကိုလည်း ခွင့်လွှတ်၍ မရဘဲ တာဝန်ခံမှု ရှိစေရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းကို အလေးအနက်ထား ပြောကြားလို ကြောင်း၊

(ဋ) တက်ရောက်လာသူများမှတဆင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အစိုးရများ၊ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ မိမိတို့၏ တော်လှန် ရေး ကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်မှုများနှင့် မြေပြင်တွင် လှုပ်ရှားဆောင်ရွက်နေသူများအတွက် ဆက်လက် ထောက်ခံပေးရန်နှင့် လိုအပ်သည့် အကူအညီများ ပေးအပ်ရန် တောင်းဆိုလိုကြောင်း။

၅။ မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည့် ကျေးဇူးတင်စကားအပြည့်အစုံ (အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာ) အား ပူးတွဲဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။

Excellencies, Distinguish Panelists, Participants, and Colleagues,

I thank you all for your presence here today at this side event.

We have heard through the presentations and poem dire and heartbreaking situation faced by the people of Myanmar including minorities especially women and girls.

It is true that the moment now is critical for Myanmar and our people as democratic forces have been controlling more than 70 percent of the country’s territories.

Surely the military junta is getting close to a complete lost on the ground.

We, the people are winning.

We are at an important juncture and we all are working together for future Myanmar and building Myanmar back better.

Women and girls, especially women human rights defenders, play a very important in our spring revolution. I thank them and solute them for their courage and selflessness.

We have crafted a clear future path and will continue pursuing it. But at the same time, there are challenges at hand and ahead of us to fulfill our dedications.

So, I echo the voices of our panelists and underscore the pressing need for more attention and awareness on Myanmar’s issue.

The voices here represent our people’s concerns as well as their aspirations.

Therefore, on behalf of the Permanent Mission of Myanmar, I wish to express our words of thanks.

First, I thank the co-sponsors and co-organizers as well as all collaborators for their support and bring these critical voices to CSW69 and beyond.

Second, I thank the panelists for their inspiring and insightful presentations.

Third, there are also so many individuals play an important role to make this event happened and successful. I thank them in this regard.

Fourth, I thank the moderator and other speakers for making this event smooth and fruitful.

Last and not least, I thank all of you presence here. Your participation makes this event very meaningful.

In conclusion, I wish to stress that sacrifices of our people particularly women and girls are immense and must not be forgotten, whereas crimes perpetrated by the military junta must not be forgiven and must be held accountable no matter what.

Therefore, on behalf of the people of Myanmar I wish to appeal you and, through you, your governments and your organizations to remain supportive and provide necessary assistance to our resistance efforts and our fight for justice and accountability.

Again, I thank you all for your time, interest and participation in this side event.
