Letter dated 3 August 2021 from the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations, H.E. U Kyaw Moe Tun, addressed to the Secretary-General H.E. Mr. Antonio Guterres, on the reported massacre committed by the military: "It has been broadly reported that in total of around 40 bodies were found in Kani township of Sagaing Region in the month of July."
